Delivery Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver all orders within 5 to 7 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with courier services.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an sms or a phone call. 

Delivery Instructions & Responsibility

If you are not home at the time of delivery and have provided instructions for the order to be left unattended (e.g., at your door), we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or spoilage of goods after delivery has been made. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable items or that appropriate arrangements are in place.

Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
Please note: Perishable or temperature-sensitive items may only be delivered within certain areas to maintain product quality.

 

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy below:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
