Shipping Policy

Our delivery rates are as follows:

0 – 20kms = $25 delivery 
21 – 30kms = $35 delivery 
31 – 40kms = $50 delivery 
41 – 50kms = $70 delivery 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please be aware of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems (third party) that are outside of your control. Ensure somebody will be home to accept perishable goods. If not it will be left in a safe place.

Deliveries are made from 6am-6pm Monday-Friday.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Shop 14 / 24-30 Taryn Drive Epping. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
